Return & Exchange Policy

• All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of perfumes and personal care items.
• All sales are final.
• Returns and replacements will only be accepted in case of fulfillment errors such as incorrectly shipped items or missing products from your order.
• Any damages caused due to neglect, improper usage, or external factors will not be covered under our return policy.
• If an incorrect product is shipped, Vitra Perfumes will bear the courier charges for returns.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

• In the case of a fulfillment error (wrong or missing item), if your claim is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at vitraperfume@gmail.com.

Cancellations

• Cancellations are not possible once the order has been shipped.
• If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, please contact our customer service at vitraperfume@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Return Process

• To request a return for an incorrectly shipped or missing item, please contact us at vitraperfume@gmail.com.
• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
• Returns must be sent to the following address:

• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

• Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 24 hours at vitraperfume@gmail.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you must place a new order after returning the incorrect item (if applicable).

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

• If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without justification.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, with tags, and in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
